How is it that toddlers have so much energy? I know that my child is not the only full-throttle kid around. Although tiresome at times, I must say that I enjoy the energy -- in a crazy, unexplainable way, of course.

A great party usually has a few key things: good food, good company, and fun activities to keep everyone entertained. And when you host an outdoor party, you even have more opportunities to play lots of interesting games.

If you have a swimming pool in your house, a pool party is a fantastic idea in summer. Everyone - kids, adults, and teenagers - enjoy a nice time by the water.

For younger children, the sense of smell can be an amazing thing, something that they don't think about. The sense of smell is not just a simple sense. There are many ways to have fun exploring it. For example, blind fold a child and ask them to find a specific scent within a room. Place strong smelling items in various corners throughout the room. Let their nose guide them from place to place.

Another hilarious game is a blindfold-game in which fun hobbies you have to identify the person you get to touch first. That person shall have to stay quiet and everyone will surely enjoy the hilarious moments of this game.

These are just a few of the fun activities that can keep your tween busy this summer, or even during the school year. Just remember, they may be a tween, but they are not without interests, so ask what they think would be fun and entertaining.
